Andile is the former CIO of MSG Afrika, his group’s subsidiaries include four radio stations, The Communications Firm (PR and Communications) and Quizzical Pictures (a TV and content producer). A Chartered Accountant by profession, Andile’s been an investment banker with Investec Corporate Finance, a member of the Takeover Regulations Panel and is a member of the FSB’s Directorate of Market Abuse. He’s the founder of www.iamanentrepreneur.co.za, an online platform seeking to galvanize South Africans into a nation of entrepreneurs and speaks internationally on entrepreneurship and its potential to build stronger developing economies.

Sajen Thathiah a former Chief Technology Officer at Elite Inc. After 2 years as CTO, Sajen stepped down to pursue a career as a speaker, to help entrepreneurs, especially start-ups to form a clear vision and mission for what they want to achieve.
He is one of South Africa’s leading experts on marketing systems and crafting the journey of turning a viewer into a paying customer. He is a previous winner of Nedbank’s Pitch Perfect Award and is the only speaker licensed to present Justin Cohen’s Pitch to Win Formula.
Mzamo is a seasoned executive and currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Google Africa. Prior to joining Google, he was the Managing Executive at Vodacom Africa Group. Mzamo took up this position after his role as Global Head of Brand Engagement at Vodafone London. He earned his MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business in 2006 and he also serves on the GIBS Advisory Board.
Mzamo founded the People’s Insights Consultancy in 2006 and co-founded African Men Care (AMC) NPO. The Consultancy advises South African and global corporations on world class consumer behavior and brand growth. The NPO focusses on navigating the black youth through the township and rural maze and removing stumbling blocks to provide them with opportunities to flourish in South Africa.
Campbell’s career began in hospitality where he owned two successful restaurants. It was during the process of selling his businesses, he first became fascinated with the art and science of negotiation. He took his entrepreneurial spirit to the corporate world, and excelled in both Executive and Director positions, in Supply Chain, Healthcare and Media. He has built and retained many C–Level partnerships and worked across differing cultures, in numerous industries in Africa.
Now the Managing Consultant for Africa with The Gap Partnership, a niche Global Consultancy specialising in Commercial Negotiation. Of all the skills required in business, he believes one skill transcends the rest; Negotiation.
Zama is a qualified Chartered Accountant with an Honours degree in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg (formerly Rand Afrikaans University). She has an uncanny affinity for figures and is well-versed in all financial matters. Although her career began as an article clerk and subsequently an Audit Manager, her work experience has been mainly in development finance with notable skill in analysis, risk identification and risk mitigation.
She is a Fund Manager at the National Empowerment Fund (NEF) where she leads a team of 15 investment professionals in carrying out the mandate of improving access to capital by availing finance to black-owned entities. She also oversees the NEF’s Women Empowerment Fund which finances businesses that are majority-owned and managed by black females. Zama is the currently the President of The African Women Chartered Accountants Association. She is also founding member and project manager of “Uplift as We Climb”, an annual Diepsloot charity drive project.
Jesse Weinberg is the Head of the SME customer segment at FNB Business. He joined the bank in 2010 to launch PayPal as a business product offering to the South African market. Since then he’s enjoyed various transactional banking roles within FNB, including the redesign and implementation of the eBucks for Business Programme in 2012.
Prior to joining FNB, Jesse had jointly founded and managed two successful businesses in the IT and plant hire industries, one of which was later acquired by a listed telecoms company at the time. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Commerce with specialisations in informatics, business management and information systems
Aisha R. Pandor is co-founder and CEO of SweepSouth, Africa’s first online platform for home cleaning services. One of few black female-led tech startups, SweepSouth is also one of the fastest-growing startups in South Africa, and became the first SA startup to be accepted to the 500 Startups accelerator in Silicon Valley.
Aisha completed her PhD in Human Genetics at the University of Cape Town. She then worked as a management consultant before launching SweepSouth, providing work opportunities for thousands of women.
Aisha was recognized by the World Economic Forum in 2017 as one 6 African female breakthrough innovators.
