These terms and conditions govern your use of the I AM AN ENTREPRENEUR (Pty) Ltd website at iamanentrepreneur.co.za. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

By accessing or using this website you confirm that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with them. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
2. Use of the site
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any server or database connected to it.
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms.

3. Applications & programmes
Submitting a mentor application, contact enquiry or programme expression of interest does not create any obligation on us to accept you onto a programme or into our mentorship pool. Selection for our programmes, including partner programmes such as the SANParks Programme and Growth Code, is at our and our partners' discretion and subject to the relevant eligibility criteria. Some programmes are managed on our partners' own application platforms, which carry their own terms.
4. Intellectual property
The content, branding, design and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to I AM AN ENTREPRENEUR (Pty) Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce or republish it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5. External links
This site links to third-party websites, including our partners' application sites and our YouTube channel. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.
6. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties as to its completeness or accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, I AM AN ENTREPRENEUR (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
