DIGITAL SUMMIT: Taking stock of 2020, planning for 2021

Small and medium sized businesses (SMEs) still reeling from the devastating impact of the Covid-19 outbreak will get an opportunity to glean valuable insights from experts on how they can use the experience to anticipate future trends and to better plan for the year ahead at the upcoming I AM AN ENTREPRENEUR Digital Summit scheduled for Saturday, 14 November.

The theme for the last virtual webinar for this year, which is sponsored by FNB, is aptly titled: Taking Stock of 2020. Planning for 2021.

“The challenges that the small and medium sized businesses experienced in 2020 were unprecedented in living memory and nobody could have anticipated the far-reaching impact of the Covid-19 outbreak on emerging businesses, many of whom were already struggling in the face of a contracting economy.

As the year winds down, we believe that the theme of the summit is fitting for entrepreneurs who are scrambling to resuscitate what is left of their businesses. This summit is about helping the entrepreneur take stock of all the events of this year, inside and outside their business, and how to plan efficiently for 2021.  We have convened a panel of experts who will assist SMEs to navigate this challenging terrain and offer them the tools to enable them to make more informed decisions about their businesses going forward,” says Andile Khumalo, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of I AM AN ENTREPRENEUR.
